Dongguan, China – July 2026 – Dongguan Kolagus, a leading manufacturer of screen printing and die-cutting equipments for control panel, membrane switch, digital overlay, FPC, PCB, etc, has successfully completed a major order for Czech-based client XGLU, specializing in advanced medical diagnostic devices, which includes 3 sets of complete screen printing lines ,2 sets of die cutting lines, 1 automatic lablling machine
The collaboration began in January 2026, when XGLU inquired about the process flow and machinery required for manufacturing printed digital displays and membrane switch, used in glucose-monitoring devices. Recognizing the technical complexity, Dongguan Kolagus prepared a comprehensive equipment configuration proposal covering screen printers, sheet-fed and roll-fed die-cutters, and product labeling machines.
In early March, the XGLU delegation visited the Dongguan Kolagus facility for an in-depth technical review. They observed live printing and die-cutting demonstrations, gaining full confidence in the operational precision and system integration. By late March, XGLU finalized the solution and placed a firm order for a screen printer, both sheet and roll die-cutters, and a labeling system.
All machines were completed by June 2026. In early July, the client returned for factory acceptance testing. The XGLU team expressed strong satisfaction with the equipment’s performance, citing excellent build quality, stability, and full compliance with their production requirements. The successful partnership marks another milestone for Dongguan Kolagus in serving the growing medical electronics sector.
